Analysis And Design On Supply Chain Management System Of The Chain Of Retail Pharmacy

The chain of retail pharmacies are in the fast development with the reformation of pharmaceutical circulation system. But meanwhile, some problems emerge. In order to regulate the pharmaceutical business and ensure the pharmacies a smooth development, China took GSP into effect. GSP is a two edged weapon to the chain of retail pharmacies. On one hand, it can promote the pharmacies to improve management and enhance the level of informationization; but on the other hand, the majority of enterprises will be eliminated by it. So the pharmacies must grasp this chance to introduce the latest management and information, reinforce the building of informationization and enhance the management level as well as competitiveness ability. Just meeting this demand , this paper has provided a practical instrument and method as well as built a instructive model to the pharmacies to carry out the Supply Chain Management. This is conditioned by passing GSP, guided by the meaning of Supply Chain Management System, combined with the current situation of enterprises and accorded to the step of demand analysis- model building—model realization.Starting with the analysis on current situation of the chain of retail pharmacies, the necessity of building supply chain management system is discussed in the paper. Then the essential theories on the Supply Chain Management are introduced and followed with the relative research on this field. Following above, the supply chain, the organization structure as well as the business procedures of enterprise are analyzed and the models of supply chain system are built. At the last part of this paper, based on the demand analysis, the designing approach is brought up and software structure models that on account of J2EE are established. The function model and network model are also designed here proceed with the discussion on the strategies of how to realize the system.
