Research of enterprise salary system is an important part of human resource management and a problem that enterprise must be faced with towards the market, it is also one of hot points of enterprise management science .The railway construction corporation is mostly engaged in maintain operation of railway in existence. The extrude characteristics of railway construction corporations are better specialty, stronger technology request and more complex work condition outside, and it is laboring-denseness corporation . Lately the rate of demission of engineers rises gradually, and enthusiasm of the employee also descends gradually. So how to utilize salary, the tool of Human resource management, is a problem faced with by the construct corporations. At present the original grade pay system is distribution model of most railway construction corporations, and the pay system has many disadvantages.The following study is based on such contents as: firstly the thesis introduces some theory of salary system, including the meaning, the sort, the function of salary and the content of salary system. Secondly the thesis uses for reference the advanced achievements and experience of human-resource research field at home and abroad. Thirdly the author introduces general situation of the railway construction corporation, and analyzes and bring forward issues in the salary system. Fourthly the study has been made systematically and roundly on such enterprise salary systems as the post and profit salary point system and broadband salary system. Finally the author brings forward salary reformation scheme of railway construction corporations, and their science and practicability are approached. The scheme not only references the advanced theory, use broadband salary as a frame, and bring forward a salary system based on post colony, but also account the salary by point number and point value. The point number is related with employee, and the point value is related with economy benefit of the corporation. In addition based on reforming traditional salary system, the scheme also reforms welfare salary in order to satisfy the different needs of employee. The scheme gives prominence to the whole value of salary, mobilize the employee at a maximum, and buildup competition power of the railway construction corporation.
