| A new opportunity was brought about to development of Chinese aluminum industry along with the successful listed abroad of Aluminum Corporation of China. It is a question to be settled urgently for Henan Branch, as one main part of Aluminum Corporation of China, that how to grasp the opportunity, develop fast and make it stronger and better.This paper begins with inspiration and inspiration system, analyzes advantages and disadvantages of typical inspiration system of national and international enterprises based on summary on inspiration theory. On this basis, this paper also analyzes present situation of inspiration system of Henan Branch and find out the existing problem in aspect of inspiration. According to CHALCO's strategy of 'Cost Priority' and Henan Branch's general developing target of 'Bigger, Stronger and Better', this paper gives a new plan of inspiration system to provide guidance suggestions for reforming three systems of Henan Branch.This paper lays special stress on defects existing in salary system on basis of researching existing inspiration system of Henan Branch. According to CHALCO's general requirement of three systems and different demands of all kinds of staff in Henan Branch, this paper designs different salary inspiration system as below: existing yearly salary of middle level managers should be improved; a yearly salary system of primary level managers is designed; a salary system of post beneficial salary plus project bonus is designed for special engineering people; post beneficial salary system is for operators, combing post salary with achievement salary. In order to guarantee execution of inspiration system, this paper also designs a supportive system for inspiration system.Finally, with analysis and evaluation on effects of salary system in Alumina Plant of Henan Branch, a conclusion is that new inspiration system is effective and target of inspiring staff is achieved. |
