The dissertation considers farm workers' income of Xinjiang Production and Construction Group (XPCG). as research object ,theoretically basing on the hypothesis about tardily increased agricultural income and study on agricultural income both at home and abroad, combining with relevant methods of econometrics, statistics and systematic science, to study the farm workers' income systematically, lay greater emphasis on the farm workers' potentiality of increasing income as well as the mechanism of increasing income.First, on the basis of institutional nonequilibrium theory, incomplete information theory, restriction of manpower capital theory, empty industry theory on the agricultural income, define farm workers and relevant conception of farm workers' income , clarify the connotation of farm workers' income composing. Secondly, to quantitatively analyze the farm workers' income from multi-angles, such as the dynamic analysis of income level, change analysis of income structure, and static analysis of income gap. Finding that though in the aspect of acceleration rate , income structure, revenue source and income expectation, the farm workers' income presents the trend that takes a turn for the better ,but farm worker's income gap is expanding constantly.Through positive research about expenses pay to regiment farm (include profits and fees) which affect farm workers' income ,and using the analytic approach of multiple regression and gray relevancy econometrics to analyze the factors which influence the farm workers' income , draws the power arranging between per-capital annual income of farm workers and relevant indexes of agricultural investment, indicate that it can increase farm workers' income greatly to lighten farm workers' burden .optimize the structure of agricultural industry as well as adjust price policy of agricultural product .By pay more attention to increasing agriculture investment, adjusting financial policy and ameliorating financing environment can it establish substantial material foundation.Thirdly, to analyze farm workers' potentiality of increasing income from development of stockbreeding, agricultural industrialization, resource advantage, region advantage and small town construction .To use the systematic analytic approach to analyze the mechanism of increase farm workers' income, divide it into three subsystems: the macro mechanism of adjustments and controls , midest mechanism organization , micro-growth mechanism, and probing into the characteristic , function , coupling principle and coupling way of three subsystems.Finally, to proposes the sustainable development view of increase of farm workers' income.,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestion of increasing farm workers'income through five aspects,such as reconstruct mechanism of interests protection as well as mechanism of creating interests.
