Beijing Golden Resources Group, A Diagnostic Report

Based on three months' fieldwork in Beijing Jinyuan Co., this report is a diagnosis of the enterprise after careful revisal. It introduces the company's history, situation, exterior and interior problems, suggests a comprehensive budget management system, and analyses the advantages, disadvantages and feasibility.The introduction part includes the background of the report, the whole idea and framework, the diagnosing process and method. So before the analyses the reader will get an approximate idea of these basic factors.The biggest part is devoted to the introduction and analyses of the company's strategy, organization, human resource and operating process, revealing cutting-through causes of the existing problems.As the extension of the previous study, the financial part focuses on the analyzing process and the conclusion of the company's finance report. Taking into account the interviews with associated people, several problems relating financial management are induced.Problem exposal without solution is worth nothing like a diagnosis without remedy. At most it serves as a case instead of a report. As a result, the last passage suggests comprehensive budget management solution aiming at the existing problems, and makes further explanation of its meaning, functions, framework and key points. It is hoped that this paper provides Jingyuan as well as other enterprises with help.
