On Farmers In Solving The "three Rural" Problems In The Dominant Position

China is a big agriculture country ,peasants occupy a overwhelming percentage in the national population ,three issues of farmers (the TIF) are relevant to the reform and openness ,the construction of modernization . the TIF are in essence the issues of peasants, peasants occupy main position in solving the TIF .It is of very importance for the TIF to establish and consolidate the peasants'main position .The passage is on the peasants'main position in solving the TIF , it includes four parts .The first part gives the passage'argument ,analyzes and discusses the reason and the significance .
