In normal economy market, distribution channel management becomes more and more important. Meanwhile, some local enterprises seem not be adept in the channel management so that it becomes an obstacle for their development. Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group comes to the same issue. They are facing channel confusion and low efficient. The traditional distribution model is being challenged, which asks for a solution urgently.Based on the detailed analysis on the channel model of Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group, this paper does a deep research for selling channel management. Three parts are contained: 1. Chapter l&2(basic theory), introducing the importance of the subject, the status of present worldwide research on this subject, and basic theory of selling channel management 2. Chapter 3&4, explaining the importance of information system management through analyzing the issues Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group faces and roots of the issues, and making a breakthrough in theory, i. e. Evaluating distributors with the PCA-DEA algorithmic model 3. Chapter 5, researching the model design and relative technology of the Group's distribution information management, and designing part of the model.
