In information-based society, to achieve our socialist democratic politics we should deeply concern and research the problem of the symmetry of political information which points out the relationship between information supplier and information demander. The symmetry of political information is a steady and dynamical equilibrium that acts on the whole process and superiority of socialist democratic politics. However, due to the basic condition of our imperfect democratic system, many a phenomenon of disharmonious distribution of political information still exist and produce reverse influence in our socialist politics. Consequently, at the present stage of China, it is imperative for us to acknowledge and grasp the meaning of the information symmetry, and strengthen the construction of democratic system so as to promote the development of socialist democracy.
