| Having entered WTO, the opening process of Chinese bank industry is more and more fast; the managing environments are changing hitherto unknowingly. There is less than two years left until the year 2006 when China will begin to perform the promise stipulated in the agreement of WTO. Due to the traditional managing method, our state owned banks are working with very low efficiency, a lot of bad loan is caused and is not able to taken back, the profit gaining ability of the state owned banks is very low. How to improve the managing efficiency and the profit gaining ability, strengthen the competence and face the challenge of the future market is the main problem, which is urgently to be revolved by the state owned banks.This thesis can be divided into two parts, the first part is cases, and the second part is the analysis of the cases. Three articles make up the case part. In the first article, the managing condition under liability of Zhongyuan branch is discussed; the business developing condition of Zhongyuan branch is discussed in the second article; in the third part, how to control the inner risk is discussed. The cases are based on the managing and developing Bank of China zhangzhou branch, introduced the liability and substance condition, following problems are pointed out the unreasonable structure of the liability, the low market share, the fast increasing of bad auto consuming loan and no breakthrough condition of the medium business. The management of the bank cannot be separated from the risk control, the risks faced by the Zhongyuan branch and problems of the in nor risk controlling is discussed in the last part of the case. The case analysis is made up of four articles: In the first article, reasons of problems of substance liability managing are discussed; The reasons why the medium business are developing slowly are discussed in the second part; It is discussed in the third article that the marketing system constructing should be strengthened; In the last article, how to construct a perfect in nor risk controlling mechanism is suggested.According to the problems of the substance liability business and the mediumbusiness, the reasons are analyzed, and the goals of adjusting and optimizing the substance structure of the branch are forwarded. A reasonable implementing plan of marketing system constructing is suggested against the problems to be improved in the management of the branch. The author suggested to establish an orderly and high efficiency organization on how to control the inner risk, and the author also suggested to establish and optimizing an inner mechanism of checking and supervising.The main innovation of the cases study is attribute to following aspects: 1. Having analyst the problems exist in the management of Zhongyuan branch, the author suggested that the resolving plan should be based on the constructing of the marketing mechanism; 2. The development methods of the future marketing of Zhongyuan branch is suggested by the author, the new marketing model of CRM under the information share is introduced into the management of the branch; 3.The CRM is implemented in different phase and is combined with the customer manager mechanism, thus the customer evaluating mechanism is establisher to implement CRM. 4. Bring the customer manager mechanism into CRM system so that the bank can work in the method of integrated finance services symbolic by value adding and creating new services. |
