The administration management is a kind of management activity, which is used to manage social affairs and affairs of itself by the national ruling class who organizes a government. The normal revolve of the nation, the positive proceeding of social life and the healthy development of economy and culture depend on a valid administration management. Virtue, which comes from the social ethical standards is people's belief and inherent standard. Virtues of administrators are important resources of administration management, which include humanity, equality, justice, etc., and all of these are lacking now. In order to keep the dynamic balance of supply and demand of virtue in administration management, we must foster the virtue by social constructing and personal cultivation. By these two ways we can urge the administrative personnel to work hard, incorrupt and love the people. By doing so, we can realize the value of virtue, the perfect of administration personality, the improvement of administrative efficiency, the realization of social fairness and promote a substantial advance of our socialism modernization.
