Study On The CEPA And The Hong Kong / Guangdong Economic Co-operation

How the development of the relations between Hongkong and Gunagdong been influenced by the assignment and carrying out of the issue of 'Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement between Hongkong and Chinese mainland' (CEPA) has become an important problem which is paid attention to by domestic and overseas countries. Basing on the research result of the economy relations between Guangdong and Hongkong and through the analysis of the economic relations between Guangdong, Hongkong and CEPA, this article puts forward the problem of cooperation. After analyzing the reason of the CEPA effect, this paper gives position to the policy, theory and model of the economy relations. At the same time, according to the rule of "one country two systems "and WTO, it probes general thoughts on the cooperation and puts forward several suggestions on how to promote the cooperation level of Guangdong and Hongkong.
