The Third National Metallurgy and Construction Company is a large complexconstruction company and rank the first in the 500 largest construction companies inChina.Based in Anshan Liaoning, our company is one of the early-built large constructioncompanies and is crowned as "the cradle of metallurgy". With the deepening of thepractice of opening and reform of our country, there has been an increasing outflowof the cadre. How to set up an effective cadre management mechanism is one of themost important problems to be solved by the enterprise.This paper makes a research on the inner and outer environment of the enterpriseand analyses the following management sections such as: benefit, performanceappraisal, training, and career development by taking the form of questionnaires. Itpoints out the shortcomings in these aspects and set up a new cadre managementmechanism with the hope of improving the cadre management through it.For an enterprise, cadre management is one of the most important tasks. Theenterprise is relying on the creative and initiative of the cadre more and more. Thesuccess of an enterprise is mainly decided by the huge potential capability of thecadre. A perfect order asks for the "match of the person and the position" ,as anEnglish sayings said.
