With China's entry into WTO and the globalization development in economy, civil enterprises face competition from local as well as international markets. Under such circumstances, a company which aims to achieve better development, must establish and maintain an effective internal management system, among which the compensation and benefit (C&B) system is of vital importance. This paper exams the C&B system of Guangzhou Panyu MCP Industries LTD., analyzes the application of performance appraisal in C&B system, and finally discusses its significance in management practices.This paper consists of six chapters as follows: Chapter 1 is the preface, discussing the purpose, meaning and research method of this paper. Chapter 2 analyzes the theory of Performance Appraisal and C&B system, which are the foundations of MCP's Performance Appraisal C&B System. Chapter 3 gives a brief introduction of Guangzhou Panyu MCP Industries LTD and its former C&B system. Chapter 4 gives an practical analysis of MCP's new C&B system with the application of Performance Appraisal. Chapter 5 is a summary and evaluation of MCP's new Performance Appraisal C&B System. Chapter 6 is the conclusion.The conclusion of this paper is that it is an effective approach to apply Performance Appraisal into C&B System.
