Here's not a policy analysis on moral education of youngsters in Japan, but a premising thinking of contemporary social ethics and moral in Japan. The thesis regards civil society as starting point, which makes a critical exploration for Japanese contemporary social politics, economy and culture, focusing on nationalism, group sense and the indolence of traditional culture. The thesis bases itself upon the basic social structure of civil society, which makes the basic ethics and moral code that civil society should encourage clear.The thesis regards documentary researching as main researching method, intensifies the authenticity of the issues here by using the latest educational statistical data, and makes the whole thesis under the overall. The author thinks that examining the moral of Japanese youngsters from a perceptive of civil society can do a good job not only in positive significance for showing the sources of issues, but also in an active significance for making innovation on Japanese society.The thesis consists of four parts as follows: preface; main body; references; postscript. The main body of the thesis is composed of five parts. In part one, the civil society theory is introduced, and that the civil society theory is applicable for eastern Asian countries is defined, which is the idea of positive interaction. In part two, the performance of moral crisis of contemporary Japanese youngsters is described in facts and data, which reflects the consciousness for issues. In part three, the sources of the moral crisis are analyzed by using civil society theory, focusing on the commentary on nationalism, group sense, traditional culture indolence and the malady of postmodern culture. In part four, the basic strategies of getting rid of the moral crisis of youngsters are illustrated from a macroscopic dimension, which includes three aspects as follows: from integrated field to separated field; the two-way suspension of traditional culture and western culture; the construction of moral for life. The last part, the author's opinion on moral issues of youngsters in China is given.
