In the transformational society, we gradually entered into the economicglobalization, political multi-polarization and cultural diversity pattern, and formed avariety of interests demand, individual moral need is also growing. At the same time,there are many moral anomic phenomena in the transformational society.It is notconducive to the development of society and people. If you want to unify people’sdifferent moral appeals caused by different interest demand, reduce moral anomicphenomenon, then we need to strengthen the moral self-discipline, improve personalmoral level, we need to constantly strengthen personal moral education, so thatcitizens can really approve emotional identification with social norm of ethics andcode of conduct, and they can consciously abide by the social code of ethics and codeof conduct. This paper is divided into four parts:The introduction mainly put forward the basis of the selected topic, researchmethods and research status at home and abroad, the understanding of the individualcharacter of education research.The first chapter mainly introduces the individual character of the meaning andthe formation and development process, this part mainly summarized the meaning ofmoral character and personal qualities that individual character with social,individuality, relative stability, not mandatory characteristics, individual character ofthe formation and development is not only the moral internalization process but alsothe external restriction process, and from inside and outside two aspects analyzes theimpact of individual moral character formation and development factors.The second chapter mainly analyzes the transformational society to strengthenpersonal moral education, the necessity of the development of moral system, personalall-round development, public domain expansion, prevent social morals behavior areneed to strengthen personal moral education. At the same time, we should emphasizeindividual moral character which is the basic position in the social moralityconstruction, and the social prominent problems are discussed in the society.The third chapter focuses on strengthening the way of the personal moralityconstruction in the transformational society. First, we should inherit and reference the Chinese and foreign outstanding moral culture. We should choose good moral culturewhich is worthy of studying. Through the "self-supervision and cultivate the morality", we can strengthen moral self-discipline. Through the "self-control andintrospection", we can strengthen self education,"emulate those better than oneself",we can strengthen the demonstration effect. Second, we should pay attention to givefull play to the role of irrational factors, by constructing need incentive mechanism,then we can develop the emotional education activities, cultivate personal moral need,moral emotion and moral will. Third, we need to cultivate individual moralself-discipline consciousness and sense of responsibility and we can through theconstruction of the moral internalization mechanism and social responsibilityeducation realize. The forth part relates to strengthen the system construction andpersonal moral education institutional arrangements. The government needs tostrengthen legislation and the legal system construction, and improve the systemconstruction of the moral rationality, make good use of moral evaluation and rewardsand punishment system fairly and reasonably.
