Restricting The Crux Of The Economic Development Of Industrial Forest Areas In Heilongjiang Province And Countermeasures

The forest industry zone of Heilongjiang province is the biggest forest zone owned by the state in China . Its total operation area covers one-fourth of the heilongjiang's area. It has a very important position in the development of heilongjiang province's economy .It made a great contribution to the economy construction of the state and heilongjiang province in history. But it has suffered from 'two hazards' since the middle of eighties. It has been one of the three serious difficult enterprises, which is war industry, coal industry and forest industry- the Party committee and government of heilongjiang province pay more attention to the economic development of forest industry zone's , an objective of a struggle has been put forward that forest industry economy should be a new increasing economy in heilongjiang province . In order to realize the goal and promote the forest industry economy, a practical measure must be submitted.
