Marx and others had ever made systematic study on credit from the economics point of view, and pointed out that credit is a special form of value movement based on repayment. Modern market economy is either legislative economy or credit economy. "Finance is the core of modern economy". Whether the order of an market economy is good or bad, the cost of transaction is more or less, the economy of a nation can develop sustainciously or not , depend largely on whether the credit degree of finance is high or low. Therefore, construction of the credit of finance of our country is not only important but emergent.People may wonder how about our financial credit situation? In general, nowadays it is not satisfactory, and even makes us worrying.
