| With the rapid development of technology and the globalization of the world economy, the competition among enterprises both at home and abroad is becoming more and more fierce. Facing such an environment, companies have to find appropriate solutions to it. Quite a member of companies have succeeded in arriving at solutions---a new way of thinking, a quick response to the market and good services to customers: Enterprises have to make timely changes in production, marketing, and management, including HRM, so as to meet the ever-lasting change of the environment.Human resource management information system is an important tool of enterprise management. HRMIS section is in charge of how to design and execute the principles of selecting people with ability, staff checks system and staff prompting system. To make the HRM efficient, enterprises are in urgent need of an appropriate HRMIS. eHR is a new eBusiness solution which will transform the way of HR professional's work by using the Internet or an Intranet, creating a new generation of HR professionals who can work better and more effectively. And thus, the communication between the HR department and employees is dramatically enhanced.There are four chapters in this thesis. The first chapter introduces the theory of eHR management information system, its tasks, goal and how the eHR management information system is developed in China. The next two chapters introduce the background of human resource management information system model, system design and the implement action of the system. The last one analyses the process of the implementation of the eHR work with a case of ZWY Group.Through the analysis of this case, people can see the effectiveness and efficiency of eHR. |
