| Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) is the trend of HRM development, which applied for Information Technology into Human Resource Management in the enterprise informationization. Through introduction and application of modern information network technique, it will ameliorate enterprise's Human Resource Management concept and work methods, deploy Human Resource in reason, utilize Human Resource best, estimate Human Resource rightly, even exert whole enterprise manpower resource efficiency adequately.This thesis put forward the thought of question, analysis question and settlement question serving as the thread, analyzing and discussing the application strategy on HRMIS in the small and medium-sized enterprises. First of all, it presented the concept of Human Resource Management Information System, the application of Management Information System to Human Resource Management in the small and medium-sized enterprises. Then took Xinhua Corporation as the example, supplied a brief introduction of the background of Xinhua Corporation and its present situation in Human Resource Management, analyzed the business process of Human Resource Management and modified some unreasonable operation. Also put forward full Human Resource Management scheme for this firm, and according to general principle of plan, selected new appropriate system framework which based on the model of Intranet. It emphasized design of functional structure.
