Study Of Joint-stock Reform Of The Legal Issues

This thesis mainly focuses on the problem of how to transform state-owned enterprises into joint-stock ones in China. The wholly thesis can be divided into four parts. The first part starts with retrospection of the three phases that the reform has undergone, then comes to the conclusion that the choice for transforming state-owned enterprises into join-stock ones is rational and inevitable. The second part reviews the accomplishments and problems arising from the process of the reform. The third part introduces the experience of other countries dealing with their state-owned enterprises that we can use for reference. The fourth part is the main part of this thesis. It puts forward four suggestions of how to promote the reform of our state-owned enterprises.
