Finally, I offered the suggest regulating it. The third chapter pointed out the existed problems of organic framework, using and comparing with the organization of China and foreign countries companies and corporations for reference, then offered canonical suggest. The last part analyzed the possibility and necessity of legislation. And it provided its legislative.conceive from the legislated tenet, instance framework and so on. At last, it came to a conclusion.
