This thesis mainly studies the effect to Chinese foreign trade on textile and garment and the effect to Liaoning Times Group by china joining into WTO. It puts forwards the development way of Liaoning Times Group facing WTO based on the summary of its reforming course and finding its present problems. This thesis has three chapters. In the meantime, it also sets forth the implement, which is carrying out groupwising, industrialization, diversification, internationalization and scientifical management in order to realize the object of establishing transnational corporation.
