From birth of first chain store till now, Chain Management has become mainstream of the world. This form of Management entered China in 1 980s, although Chain Corporations have acquired a lot of progress in this area, there are also problems. For example, the quantity of member stores is few, some corporations can't gain scale benefit, others lack standard management, which will bring corporations difficulties, even closedown. So the development of Chain Corporations is relation not only to benefit, but also to existence and development of all the whole chain trade. The strategy of chain commercial corporations will be studied and investigated in this paper.This paper is divided into six parts: introduction, outline of Chain Management, the strategy of development for Chain Commercial Corporations, how to choose trade form, how to choose location, and strengthen the power of government.Some new standpoints will be advanced in this paper, for instance, the corporations which have ten member stores, will not surely gain profit. Choice of trade form should accord with regular pattern. The proper location of Chain Store will affect the development of the corporation, and change of trade in China should be considered. There are some mathematics method can be used, but consumers couldn't always do some purchasing rationally, so we must investigate their action from actual conditions. From developed countries, we can learn about government makes important action in chain trade.
