What's more, based on my experiment and lessons of engaging in Chain Business, I have studied and analyzed Zhengzhou commercial chain enterprises and finished the paper.The paper thoroughly illustrates the essence of chain business in the aspects of its organizational form,standard, scale economy,scientific management,the types of Chain Business.After the analysis to the current development situation of Commercial Chain Business in Zhengzhou, there are some questions on it we should put forward, they are the unfair structure of commercial chain market, nonstandard market activities, and the elements which restrict the development of it because of the enterprise mechanism. Therefore, the author thinks that Chain Business in zhengzhou still remains in the elementary stage though it has had a history of 10 years.The following are the precise methods for it:To establish an effective competitive market pattern, which is not only competitive, but also monopolistic. The key way is to control Zhengzhou business development of commercial chain.In this way, such competitive market pattern will standardize and control the behavior of the chain enterprises according to commercial rules.Therefore the related government departments have to make development strategy from the macroscopic aspects, apply the macroscopic regulation policy,strengthen macroscopic surroundings construction by offering support in the government, legislation and so on. Then in the microcosmic aspects enterprises should first choose proper development strategy, carry on different methods and avoid the repeated managements. The next is tochange traditional management and system, speed up the building of modern enterprise system.
