Enterprise growing-up strategy and management strategy of human resources are important parts of enterprise strategy, which is served and followed by them two. Other strategies aren't able to depart from these two strategies′s support and cooperation. The paper has made study of these two strategies in extent. At present, in the developing of internal enterprise, the strategy of enterprise growing-up has much blindness in action. It often pay attention to analyze of estate′s prospect, But it often neglect the core ability at the enterprise. Because of the profit's tempting, the enterprise get into predicament for developing at Diversification in a new field .The former part of this paper emphasize that the mode of the enterprise growing-up can't depart from the support at the care ability at enterprise. For adapt to the request of construction socialistic marketing economy system, enterprises do a lot of practice in the reformation and exploration in traditional personnel management, but the results are not satisfied. The position and effect of personnel management are not accentuated enough .To convert the situation, activate the most active factor and optimize human resource allocation, the last part of this paper explores the exploration and management of human resource in the field of enterprise strategy management.
