In knowledge age, the human resources management in enterprise is in a strategic position, in which there are many risks. Especially enterprise management becomes more and more complicated after the rate of international economic integration has been accelerated greatly, and in order to exert employee's enthusiasm and creativity, their independence and self-determination have been greatly enhanced. Consequently, the risk of human resources management in enterprise also has risen, so the study on it is urgent.At first, the article describes the background of the risk of human resources management in enterprise, then brings forward the purpose and significance of the study on it, and introduces simply domestic and international trends of the study. Secondly analyzes and defines the conception of risk of human resources management and relative conception of that, studies relation between human and environment, and agency theory, sorts the risk according to different ways, and points out why and how the risk of human resources management in enterprise exists. Thirdly recognizes the essence of the risk deeply through studying form, harm and cause of the risk, and makes a base for risk identification, risk measurement and risk prevention. From then, brings a general thought about how to prevent the risk, only knows the prevention purpose clearly, has done the basic thing of risk identification and risk measurement, and then the measures is proposed easily. Finally puts forth the concrete measures about how to prevent the risk, namely avoidances the risk through giving up risk program and activity of business, and releasing risk unit and person, transfers the risk through insurance, guarantee, business agency and exonerating responsibility with contracts, quasi-prevents risk damage through perfecting information system, strengthening management on institution, strengthening encouragement, alleviating staffs pressure and strengthening enterprise's cultural construction, inhibits risk damage through taking prevention measures before and after the risk events, so can prevent the risk greatly, and helps realizing enterprise's general goal.
