Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Legal System Of Express Industry In China

Transportation industry plays an important role in society since ancient times, and with the rapid development of e-commerce, express delivery industry, the rapid development in the past few years, more than ten billion pieces of business traffic makes it has become one of the most concerned in our country. In order to further standardize the express delivery industry, promote the scientific and reasonable development of the express delivery industry, the postal law, the express market management approach and a series of legal regulations have been introduced, as standard market operations and guidelines. However, due to the development of e-commerce in China, the express delivery industry develop fast, the current laws and regulations in the express industry need still a lot of constraints, coupled with China’s annual express freight transportation is huge, followed by a large number of disputes, so it is very important for the construction of the express industry in our country.In this paper, the express industry’s legal system construction as the research object, the current express industry development process in the reference of several legal regulations as the research focus, the paper analyzes the existing problems and countermeasures in the express industry law system. This article is divided into five parts, the first part mainly on the definition of the express industry law system and the relevant legal system for the express industry regulation and role. The second part mainly discusses the problems in the process of the implementation of the legal system. The third part mainly analyzes the existing problems in the legal system of the express industry in the present, so as to lay a certain foundation for the further discussion. The fourth part is to summarize the experience of the construction of the legal system in foreign developed countries in the express industry, and absorb useful experience, and then to improve the legal system of China’s express industry to find references. The fifth part mainly analyzes and studies the implementation of the legal system of China’s express delivery industry.
