| With the rapid development of social economy, the degree of population aging in Yunnan province is accelerating, the demand for social services of the elderly is increasing, and to a certain extent, it has promoted the development of pension service industry in our province.At present, there are still some problems affecting the interests of the elderly and will not conductive to improving people’s livelihood due to the impact of market policy and other factors in Yunnan Province. Especially the actual development of pension services in the process. Based on this situation, Yunnan province must speed up the construction of social pension service system, and effectively meet the needs of the elderly service, promote the sustainable development of the pension service industry, and realize the harmonious and stable development of society.This paper will put the related issues of Yunnan province pension services related to policy support as the key research object, using literature research, survey research and case analysis, to delicate the necessity and urgency in increasing policy support in the development of Yunnan province pension services. This paper uses "multiple benefits", "new public service" as the theoretical guidance and carries on the analysis to the Yunnan provincial government policies for pension services to support the status and existing shortcomings, try to find out the reasons of lack prospective, laws lag, lack of development planning coordination and try to find out the solutions. Through learning advanced experience from other regions, proposed the constructive suggestions which relevant to Yunnan Province, in order to give useful references. |
