Research On Community Support Service In Kunming City

With the increasing about the degree of population aging, pension issues about the olds has brought a serious challenge for the development of China’s social and economic and the construction of a harmonious society. In addition, the writer visited and investigated some community home care service center in Wulong community, Xizhuang community and Boshou Old apartment, on this basis, the writer analyze the problems existing in the development of community pension for the aged in Kunming City, like the problem about the construction of Multi subject participation mechanism, the talent team and Intelligent Community pension service system.The fourth part, study about the practical experience of other countries like Britain, Japan, Sweden and some cities in China like Shanghai, Ningbo and so on. The papers summarize the successful experience and provide references for the development of community pension service in Kunming, including the establishment of a sound legal protection system, playing a strong government support, mobilizing a wide range of community participationThe fifth part, the writer put forward the countermeasures. On the one hand, it is important to built diversification participating mechanism including the government, social enterprise, Non profit organization and the family effort.
