Research On Grid Management Model Of Small And Medium - Sized Cities In China

In recent years, with the accelerated process of urbanization in China, all major, medium and small cities have made great progress, and the function of the cities has been improved. However, with some defects of China’s urban management department increasingly exposed, they have become a bottleneck restricting the development of urban management modernization. In order to solve these defects as soon as possible, China’s cities are actively exploring areas of modern management methods. In this context, grid management mode generation is not surprising.Originated in Beijing, grid management mode has been practiced and researched in many large cities. But the medium and small cities is still in the construction phase, research on grid management mode of medium and small cities is still relatively small. As the only medium and small cities in China’s capital city except Lhasa, Yinchuan City conducted the first pilot grid management in Xingqing District. In the context, this paper studied grid management mode in medium and small cities and analysis the Xingqing District grid management mode, provided experience and enlightenment for medium and small cities, and put forward the suggestion.This paper is divided into 6 sections.The first part of the paper mainly describes the background and significance of topics, and the present situation of research on grid management mode.The second part of the paper analyzes and describes the background, theoretical foundation and development of grid management mode. Besides, it defines the definition of grid management.The third part of the paper researches the grid management mode of Xingqing District Yinchuan, introduces the development and the background of Xingqing District, and specifically describes the measures and effects of grid management.According to the survey, the fourth part of the paper analyze the problems of the grid management mode in Xingqing District, and the causes of the problems to produce.The fifth part of the paper analyzes the 3 typical cities in grid management mode (Dongcheng District in Beijing, Changning District in Shanghai, Zhoushan in Zhejiang), and learns from their good experiences and practices.According to the problems of Xingqing District grid management mode, the sixth part of the paper put forward to solve the problem.
