Study On Urban Grid Management In Wujin District Of Changzhou City

It is an important change of Wujin district innovation management and a new pattern of Wujin district urban grid management since Wujin district of Changzhou city introduces the urban grid management mode,which effectively integrates various resources,further clarifies the business process,opens the channels for public feedback problems,improves the efficiency of the event flow disposal.However,with the rapid development of city modernization,the urban population concentration,urban new situations and new contradictions appear ceaselessly.The problems in the construction of the management platform,the professional quality of personnel,the coordination and cooperation among various departments,the management mechanism,the sense of service and the degree of public participation are increasingly serious.The development of urban grid management is severely restricted.Under the background of urban grid management,based on the new public management theory,grid governance theory and urban information management theory,this paper analyzes the reasons for the problems of urban grid management in Wujin district of Changzhou city by using literature research method,interview research method and comparative analysis method.The reasons are from the backward digital information technology,the lack of personnel training mechanism,the fuzzy urban management function,the imperfect management mechanism,the lack of management service concept.Based on the experience of other cities at home and abroad in urban grid management,this paper solves the problems of urban grid management in Wujin district of Changzhou city.These measures are used to improve the urban grid management mode,the management effect,the long-term urban management mechanism,the level of urban grid management,such as sharing information by promoting the digitalization of grid management information;establishing a high-quality,professional grid management team;perfecting the cooperation mechanism and constructing the management network;improving the evaluation and supervision system;changing the management concept,improving the grid management service level;building public participation management platform to form a situation of joint management;introducing the "non-contact law enforcement and credit linkage punishment" mode.There are 4 figures,2 tables,52 references in the paper.
