On The Effective Combination Of Party Building And Personnel Training In Universities For Nationalities

The fundamental task of the national colleges and universities is to cultivate talents for ethnic minorities and national regions, inherit and carry forward the national cultures and serve the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. We must integrated into the central work of talents training effectively, activate the basic-level party organization, improve basic-level party organization’s cohesive force, creativity and combat effectiveness and leading party members and staff actively involved into every link of education:teaching education, management education, serve education. Meanwhile, we need to train students to learn how to be a man, how to survive, how to study and thus promote the work of talents training comprehensively. Only by exploring the faculties’(departments’) team construction, Party brand construction, Credit platform system construction, can we create an effective combining platform of Party construction and talents training.
