Rehabilitation is the key of the undertakings for disabled persons, and as a "special" group of people with disabilities, disabled children is the most obvious effect of rehabilitation, social concern, the group of search and recovery value, because of their small age and high plasticity, the rehabilitation aid for disabled children has huge rewards, also reflected the social care for disadvantaged groups, and the socialist core values.According to the second and national handicapped person sampling survey, there are 0 to 6 years old disabled children 1.678 million in our country, accounting for 2.02% of the total number of disabled people, and the prevalence rate is 1.69%, but in view of the special rehabilitation services for disabled children is very limited, far cannot meet the demand of the disabled children family rehabilitation. The policy of emergency rehabilitation of the disabled children came into being in this context, which is a priority for the disabled children.The research object is the 0 to 6 years old children with disabilities, using literature study, empirical study, analyze the practice of the policy effect and existing problems, and puts forward ideas and suggestion. This article main research content is as follows, the first chapter introduces the research background of rapid rehabilitation aid for disabled children, the research significance, research methods, etc. The second chapter elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis of the rehabilitation of disabled children. The third chapter reviewed the rapid rehabilitation policy, from recipient, capital source and rescue, rehabilitation assistance and supporting construction of four dimensions of nowadays rapid rehabilitation for disabled children policy implementation situation analysis. Because the government is the main part of the rehabilitation aid for disabled children, this article also focused on this, summing up our country in the aspects of disabled children rescue and rehabilitation still exist the lack of long-term mechanism, benefit from the policy limited scope and lack of rehabilitation funding sources, the assistance standard low and related to rehabilitation facilities construction problems, is the fourth chapter. Chapter Five summarizes the part of advanced experience and practices of the countries for the rehabilitation of children with disabilities.
