In reality basis, by analyzing the realistic literature, national conditions and hu causal relationship of the people’s livelihood thought, I found that the great achievements of China’s socialist modernization, China’s real state of public opinion, the lessons and experiences of dealing with the livelihood of the people around the world is form the real basis of hu’s thought of the people’s livelihood.The second part, I researched the philosophy basic theory of Hu’s thought for the people’s livelihood with the method of literature.The author thinks that, the theory basis of Hu’s thought for the people’s livelihood is people bing main body theory,The value theory is based on people-oriented theory.In the third part,I inducted content of Hu’s thought of people’s livelihood with the literature research method, from the aspects of economy, politics, education, culture, society and ecological protection. About economy, the demand is committed to fair and prosperous common people; About politics,the requirement is to realize that the people are masters of the country under the leadership of the communist party of China; About cultural, the requirement is to enrich people’s spiritual and cultural life,and cultural power, with the cultural soft power to ensure the organic unity of national security promote each other.
