Research On Citizen 's Moral Construction In China From The Perspective Of Managerial Principle

Civic virtues construction is an important aspect of the development of the advanced socialist culture, and it has a special significance to our country to build a well-off society, to rapidly enhance the cultural soft power. From the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China promulgate “the outline of the Construction of the Citizen Ethics” in 2001 to now, the theory and the practice of the citizen moral construction have made remarkable achievements. However, we should clearly see that the overall level of civic virtues construction in our country is not high, and the theoretical study about civic virtues construction is not deep enough. So there are many issues urgently need to be respond and resolved, for example, how to further improve the effectiveness of citizen moral construction and how to achieve the synchronization between the citizen moral construction and the social development needs. Especially with the development of the practice of civic virtues construction, the citizens play an increasingly important roles in civic virtues construction, we are urgently request to use the theoretical perspective of multiply disciplines to explore how to accurately understand the moral subject – the status of persons and their subjectivity and so on, to transform the moral construction from the external norms to the internal quality, which aimed at enhancing the civilization and moral quality of Chinese nation.In this paper, I try to use the perspective of humanistic principle of management to study the citizen moral construction, which is an exploratory attempt. The principle of humanism attaches great importance to the role of persons in the management activities, and the management of people and the arousing of people’s enthusiasm are regarded as foundation. More exactly, people are put in to the first place among all the management elements; The manager should do their best to achieve the respect, understanding, developing and relying to people; All managing activities should be on the base of saving human problems, because people is the key factor which can determine the success or failure of the management. The citizen moral construction is both a project of shaping people and a huge project of managing people, so there is an internal consistency between the civic virtues construction and the humanistic principle of management. They are all target people, emphasize people-oriented and the main role of human, and it is necessary for civic morality to learn something from humanistic principle of management. In the small-scale study of the management practice, the successful application of humanistic principle and the improvement in efficiency of management have a certain inspiration and reference to the big project of civic virtues construction in our country, which are also the argument basis of this paper. Therefore, we should combine with the basic principle and the operation mechanism of humanistic principle in the process of citizen moral construction, put forward new measures to promote our country’s citizen moral construction. For example, we can strongly advocate the self-management, establish and perfect the incentive mechanism, the information tracking and using mechanism and the supervision and assessment mechanism in the civic virtues construction. The reason why these measures are taken is to make people really realize their principal status, fully motivate and arouse their subjective consciousness in the citizen moral construction, so that every citizen can really became the managers, advocates and practitioners of the good social morality, behavioral habit and culture quality.
