On The Work Pattern Of The Party Members' Center

The thesis pays attention to the "Party-Member Key Family" based on the fieldwork research conducted in Jiiriin-Gol Town in Right Uzumuchin Banner, Shilingol League, and analyzes the background of implementing "Party-Member Key Family" policy, its current achievement and future development.The thesis consists of three parts:introduction, main text and conclusion, and the main text include three chapters. The part of introduction describes the reason of choosing the subject, the material resource and methodologies used.In the first chapter, the author introduces the structure, function, content and roles of "Party-Member Key Family" in Jiiriin-Gol Town. The party-member key family is a new organization style and public management of local government in Pastoral area.The second chapter analyzes the standard, criteria and procedures for selecting "Party-Member Key Family". The author pays attention to how people abide by the regulations related with the selection criteria, how the local government encourage herders by the "Party-Member Key Family" selection, how is the achievement, and how herders benefited from the policy, as well as the positive influences of "Party-Member Key Family" policy to party organization of local societies.The third chapter reveals the existing problems in the process of implementing "Party-Member Key Family" policy, and puts forward reasonable solutions for improving the work.In the part of conclusion, the author summarizes the contents of the thesis and proposed her own ideas.
