There is a proverb saying:Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Corruption has been the factor affecting world economic, political and healthy development of the society. Many countries and regions have-set up the Civil Servants Property Declaration System, aims to prevent and fight against corruption, which is called "The Sunshine Act". And this is an important symbol of modern political civilization. The Civil Servants Property Declaration System can be explained like this: according to the relevant state laws and regulations, civil servants should declare faithfully their own and their family'possessions to the authorized agency and undertake the corresponding legal responsibilities. The authorized agency has the responsibility to examine their declaration information and show it to the public to better supervise the civil servants. This paper aims to analyze on the current situation of Chinese Civil Servants Property Declaration System, draw lessons of other countries in search of reasonable system design.The paper can be divided into three parts:the first part is about the overview on Civil Servants Property Reporting System, mainly introducing the meaning, function and basic content. The second part analyzes the current situation of Civil Servants Property Reporting System, mainly presents the exploring course, the acquired achievement, existed problems and the analysis of the reasons of the problems of the Civil Servants Property Reporting System. The third part is the key part of the paper. Based on the analysis of the reasons of problems, the part combines the experience of domestic and foreign and puts forward some institutional suggestions of the Civil Servants Property Reporting System.
