| China has taken a pleasure to establish an institute for culture communication, that is "Confucius Institute" (Confucius Institute), it is non-profit institute for the purpose of teaching Chinese and spreading Chinese culture. With its rapid development, it came under observation as soon as its emerging, and academic circle and press circle regarded it as an important action for China's soft power improving especially on the road of China's rise, domestic and overseas scholars, experts have different opinions about the function of its establishment.
