I'll explain the important place of the Marx's concept of nature in the Neo-Marxism and it is practical meanings. So I think it has studying evaluation to some extents.Based on the "Marx's concept of nature". I'll give impersonal evaluation to it is contribution to the development of Marxism. So I'll also supply a new perspective to the study of Schmidt's concept of nature. Schmidt thinks that the philosophy of Marxism different from philosophical materialism. The reciprocal mediation of nature and society is the core of Schmidt's concept of nature, and then I give an impersonal evaluation to theory of Schmidt. I explained its contribution to theory of Marxism and its mistakes. So I'll also supply a new perspective to the study of Schmidt's concept of nature.Following the thinking principle of the merge of logic and history, this article includes three parts.In chapterⅠ, I described the significance of Marx's concept of nature firstly. And then I studied the source of Schmidt's thought. Reviewed he formation and development of the Frankfurt School, and analyzed Schmidt's viewpoint of nature. Then I introduced Schmidt and his book.In chapterⅡ, I describe five aspects of Marx's philosophy Schmidt. The social and historic character is the difference between the philosophy of Marx and other materialism, and therefore people can not leave the practice to study natural.In ChapterⅢ, I'll give a simple introduction of Schmidt's concept of the humanized nature. Schmidt thinks that the philosophy of Marxist different from philosophical materialism.
