It has an extensive cereal source and in various forms, especially the contributing cereal as the important source of the local storage, had played an important role through Kangxi dynasty, while mading money purchase and retention of tax grain as an influential supplement also played the more and more important role at the middle and the later stage of Kangxi's reign. The management of local storage had been continuously improved, both from the manager to cereal's out and in also made corresponding measures, some corrupt and rotten warehouse grain government officials were punished, formed a set of basic business management system, although not very perfect, it was still settled the basic foundation for the local storage's further development of the Yongzheng and Qianlong period. Our country should reinforce popular grain reserves while expanding the central authority grain reserve and dealing with all kinds of nature disaster in time effectively, continuing to increased the storage's audition and supervision while we should increase the national grain reserves, so we could ensure the storage of grain's quality and security.
