Digital culture is a worldwide cultural phenomenon. Digital culture refers to the non-numeric nature of certain figures in addition to their significance on calculation. It is occurred repeatedly in the area of philosophy, religion, mythology, witchcraft, poetry and customs with some mystical or sacred implication. Digital culture commands worldwide attention in the status and role of Chinese civilization from both a historical and philosophical point of view, or from the cultural and psychological structure as well as ways of thinking perspective. In different cultures, the initial awareness of number generated by the culture in some degree as a social fact also reflects a habit of thought of digital culture at the same time. Traditional Chinese digital culture is built up and becoming constantly and increasingly stable, predictable in the various social life of people. It is accumulated in the subconscious of people's thinking with a conventional nature, and becoming one way of thinking activities. Therefore, different ethnic and cultural structure will reflect different digital thinking. This way of digital thinking, once mastered, it becomes a nation of blood, the nation's unique cultural characteristics, and it is closely related to our way of life. People in life created a digital culture; Digital culture in turn influenced people's way of thinking, and little by little accumulated the formation of aesthetic emotion and psychology of the masses. In the art and design, we express certain philosophies or aesthetics by adding some symbolic meaning to certain numbers. Number is the medium. Numbers in their own unique manner are undertaken to complete the function of form in art and design, and duties of their cultural communication.
