There was only more than one year that Xie Tiao took up the post of the satrap of XuanCheng, but it is creative period of great prosperity. < The Selection of Literary Works > embodies Xie Tiao poems to a total of 23, including7 in XuanCheng, Xie Tiao spread so far a total of 180 poems, except for 28 SIYAN Poem, 42 Yue-fu poem, in the other total of 110 WUYAN poem, nearly 40 poems were written in XuanCheng.This paper tries to do more detailed analysis about Xie Tiao's XuanCheng poems on the basis of the text, from the point of view of historical background and geographical environment.The first part of the article speculates out the time and cause of Xie Tiao as the satrap of XuanCheng from the text and the political situation at that time. The second part construes the number of poems written in a more detailed and specific analysis. The third part recepts and analyzes the sentiment and thumbprint of Xie Tiao's XuanCheng poems on the basis of previous experience. The last part of the paper ascertains the later generations' criticism and accepts towards Xie Tiao's XuanCheng poems and life attitude through the information collected. Xie Tiao's XuanCheng poems had the ambivalence of expression, as well as the efforts to trace the quiet mentality made the later generations have a cordial the same feelings, so easily arouse sympathy.
