Following the building of market economic system and the developing of ecnomic globalization,contract has already become one the most important instrument in ecomomic life to determine their rights and obligations. Today, due to the contract is used frequently and people pay their more and more attention to the study of contract's language. Contract belongs to official document style and its has double characteristics, that is economic records and legalization of documents. Meanwhile, contract has real plenty corpus and strong practical applications. All of these take a great advantages to study contract's language in one period.This paper mainly from lexical point of view to study of contract's language and corpus are extracted from some Chinese or English's useful good models. There are totally divided six parts in this dissertation. First part is introduction. This part mainly introduces the significance of this topic and the research state in academia. Second part is chapter one. This part introduces the outline of contract and analysis contract language's value briefly. Third part is chapter two. This part mainly from lexical point of view to comparative analysis of Chinese and English contract's good models, then we got some main features of contract's language. The forth part is chapter three. In this part, we analyze contract's language from external factor which influences contract's language. The fifth part is chapter four in this dissertation. In this part, we summarize the contract's writing current situation, meanwhile we point out the significance for study of contract's language to contract practice. The sixth part is conclusion. Through study of contract's language in this dissertation, we hope it can give some helps to contract's user and reduce some dispute which is produced by misusing of language.
