The "real" Happiness

As the media between physical and social power,the power operaton mechanism of photography as the subjectivity of object and that of marriage as individual awakening both apply work to the image generating process of wedding photos.However,operation of the two powers dose not act in unison,while in mutual struggle from theory to practice.Based on the image analysis of "group marriage" wedding photos during the Republic of China,portrait wedding photots after the foundation of PRC as well as weddiing photos of the 21st century,this paper concludes that the tensile forces among individual awakening,national construction and technological presentation of photography promote the scarce self-formed wedding photos system in China.The presentation changes of wedding photos in home environment after the foundation of PRC is also the visual functioning of nation-state and consuming-society by way of photography in marriage and ultimately shapes the hypothesis of modern individual and marriage.
