Scene Fairness, Emotional And Creative Relationship

Creativity is defined as a complex social system,a valuable,useful and innovative product,services,ideas,procedures or the process of individual work. Through the literature review,we have found that:First of all,in the previous study on the relationship between the justice and creativity,researchers concerns the relationship between justice and the positive or negative creativity,but lack of the study on the normal creative.Secondly,when exploring impact of scenic justice on the creativity,the former studies have assumed that the impact play its role through positive or negative emotions.However,the assumption lack of empirical support.Therefore,the study 1 attempts to explore the relationship with scenic justice and the normal creative.The study 2 attempted to explore the role played on the relationship between scenic justice and creativity.In Study 1,93 persons were selected and 2(interactive-justice:justice vs. injustices)×2(task type:graphics vs.text) mixed design was adopted.The study laimed to explore relationship between scenic justice and two types of normal tasks; in study 2,202 persons were selected,2(interactive-justice:justice vs.injustice)×2(emotion:positive vs.negative)×2(task type:graphics vs.text) mixed design was used.Study 2 aimed to explore the role played by emotion on the relationship between the scenic justice and the creativity.The study results are as follows: The scenic justice influence creativity,the justice scene promotes creativity, injustice scene restrains the creativity.The emotions influence the relationship between scenic justice and creativity,the influence manifests:in the scenic justice and negative emotion,graphics creativity is restrained;but in the scenic injustice and positive emotion,creativity is also restrained.
