| This thesis is a case study about Ulger , an oral performance art in eastern inner Mongolia, which is also a project of the "The first list of Oral and Intangible Heritage protection" in China. Based on the materials from the field work, questionnaire in Zhalute banner, Tongliao city, in Inner Mongolia province and some other sources, the thesis will explore the heritage mechanism, methods and of the oral performance art. Besides it discusses the Ulger actors' age structure in today's society, and then facing the heritage problems in the real life, this thesis gives some reasonable suggestions.The first chapter is a natural and social introduction about Zhalute banner, especially some introduction about the seven Uliger actors, and then makes the Ulger's oral tradition clear. The second chapter discusses the mechanism and method of Ulger's heritage. According to the three different persons' investigations in various ages named LaxiAosier, Laosier, Dahurbayar, the third chapter displays Ulger actors' real situations in their daily lives at present. Based upon the analyses about the change of cultural space, the shortage of younger Ulger actors, and the ineffective action of government, the forth chapter explains the dangerous crisis of the Ulger and then puts forward some suggestions about the protection of the oral performance heritage.The writer thinks that the Ulger's disappearance is impossible at present. It has gone in those days the oral traditions emerge of itself and perish of itself, and the scholars can do something to master the mechanism of Ulger, then lead it to have much more vitality through exchanging with the modern society. |
