Especially with distinctive ethnic characteristicsof the Kirghiz folk "banner" craft, is the ancestors of ancient Kirgiz in the longhistory of the nomadic life of creation and continued for thousands of years, and isone of the folk arts inheritance has varieties. In terms of the Kirgiz folk "banner"handicraft varieties, mainly in the production of the basic necessities of life, whilegiving the utility of aesthetic value through the exquisite decoration, they not onlyembody and reflect the development of living condition and material civilizationstudents Kirgiz people in different times of production, but also reflect their religiousbeliefs, understanding of social life and aesthetic values, etc.."Globalization" in theworld economy today, the world of traditional folk craftsmen are facing extinct or inleave no successor position, can be said that a considerable number of precioushistorical and cultural heritage is facing loss.
