Research On The Enlightenment Of Nicholas Roerich’s View Of Women To The Development Of Chinese Women In The Field Of Cultural Heritage Protection

Many outstanding female cultural heritage protection workers have emerged in my country.Since the development of Chinese cultural heritage undertakings,female protection workers have also played their roles in various aspects.At archaeological sites,museums,and university podiums,Zeng Zhaoyu,Zheng Zhenxiang,Wang Jin,Fan Jinshi and other scholars have dedicated their years and sweat to the protection of cultural heritage,and they have also proved that women can also achieve outstanding achievements in the cause of cultural heritage.At present,with the development of social and gender equality in China,female protection workers will encounter problems and difficulties different from male workers.Taking the female practitioners of cultural heritage protection in China as the research object,this paper summarizes Nicolas Roerich,the drafter of the Roerich Pact,his thoughts on cultural heritage protection and his views on women.He believes that the future is an era of equality between men and women,and culture is the mission of women.At the same time,he called on women to actively participate in the protection of cultural heritage and promote the development of cultural heritage and social harmony by improving women’s education level and maintaining gender equality.Then,based on the extensive collection of relevant data,this paper uses real data sources,through the classification analysis and research of cultural heritage protection practitioners groups,to discuss the problems reflected in the participation of female practitioners in the field of cultural heritage at this stage,and to analyze the reason.The enlightenment of Roerich’s view of women to the field of cultural heritage protection in my country,first of all,it points out the new situation faced by women in our country,and analyzes the applicability of Roerich’s view of women in our country.Roerich’s view of women has certain commonalities with the development path of women’s liberation in my country,and it can be applied to the field of cultural heritage protection in China.Roerich’s view of women combined with the problems of female practitioners and cultural heritage protection in my country,and put forward corresponding application strategies,in order to promote the further development of social gender equality and cultural heritage.
