The Black People Civil Rights Movement was an important component part of the American reformation movements in the 1960' s.The black people of the U.S. have been waging against racial discrimination and for the equal rights for a long period of time.During this decade,Robert Kennedy has made an important contribution on the issue of the Black Civil Rights.As the Attorney General in Kennedy Administration,Robert Kennedy has made a lot of efforts to guarantee the social justice and equality through breaking the segregation existed in politics,economical and social terms.This paper will focus on the role and significance of Robert Kennedy during the movement in that era,especially analyze his action and his attitude to the movement.Through this way we can have a better understading of him and also the movement itself.
