Challenges Facing The New Century, China Music Education Teachers And Measures

There are both chances and challenges in twenty first century, and the competition between high educated people will be more intense. As the society moving forward quickly with science development, high educated people across the board and be physically and mentally healthy is needed. Musical training is the important part in esthetic education. In ordinary university,musical course is the important element;It is unique and unchangeable in undergraduate student diathesis training. To fit the development of the modern age, the request is urgent both in quality of public art education and functions in high educated people training in this new century. So,the musical education in university has more challenges in our age. Among the challenges, the supply of high level musical teachers is the chief issue. This work tries to discuss the supply of musical teachers--the organizer and guide of musical education in university. By questionnaire and individual visiting from some under graduated student and college teachers,the author surveyed and statistically analyzed the data to tell the truth that musical teachers in university is facing challenges in our age, in addition, the author also gave strategies for the issue,it will be useful theory and practically for against the challenges in supply of musical teachers. This work was divided into several parts described below:Introduction: To discuss the reason,status all over the world and the value of the topic.Part I: To explain the subject theory of musical education in university,emphasize the importance of musical education among under graduated students,and the teacher's outstanding position in the development of musical education.Part II: The result of questionnaire and statistic analysis. After actuality survey, the data was added up together, arranged, analyzed, and used for Part III. Part III: The challenges in supply of musical teachers in universities. This part is the chief part of this work,we analyzed and discussed the challenges in musical education area of the supply of teachers in Chinese university.Part IV: Strategy for fighting the challenges. As the extension part of the work, author introduced her presumption and strategy against the challenges in supply of musical teachers in university of China.
